Ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client only after full payment has been received. Until full settlement, all source files, designs, systems, codebases, and deliverables remain the property of Design Pods.
Design Pods retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, reusable modules, internal development systems, automation workflows, and pre-existing intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless restricted through a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Design Pods reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, presentations, and marketing materials.
Certain projects may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, cloud services, or external software providers. Design Pods is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, outages, policy modifications, or limitations caused by such third-party services.
AI-based systems and automation technologies are dependent on external data, algorithms, APIs, and evolving technologies. While we strive to provide reliable solutions, Design Pods does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, absolute accuracy, or specific business outcomes from AI-generated results or automated systems.

Any complimentary support period will be clearly specified in the project agreement. After this period, additional maintenance, support, upgrades, or enhancements will be billed separately based on applicable service rates.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information, technical documentation, project details, credentials, proprietary methods, and other confidential materials shared during the course of engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Design Pods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational loss arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases involving payment default, misuse of services, illegal activities, violation of these Terms, or behavior that may negatively affect our operations or reputation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India or the United Arab Emirates (UAE), depending on the jurisdiction specified in the respective project agreement.
